Jennifer Sachs Dobbins

CEO

Jenny Sachs Dobbins joined The Sachs Company in 1980 and became a General Securities Principal in 1984.  Jenny has held management positions in both the operations and client services areas of The Sachs Company.  She became an employee of Louisville Trust Company in 2005 and served as Sr. V.P. of Client Services.  In May, 2007 Jenny moved into the position of CEO.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Louisville.

 
     
     

Mark Gregory joined the company in 1990 as a Systems Analyst.  Prior to joining the company, he owned a computer consulting company and was an adjunct lecturer at Indiana University Southeast.  Mark holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry from Indiana University, a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisville and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. His hard work and dedication quickly resulted in promotions to Director of Information Technology and then to Chief Operations Officer. In January of 2007 Mark was appointed President of the Louisville Trust Company.

Morton H. Sachs

Senior Investment Advisor


Morton Sachs, a Registered Investment Advisor since 1969, founded The Sachs Company in 1974. Previous to that, he spent nine years as an investment broker and was General Partner and Manager of Cincinnati-based Bartlett & Company’s Louisville office. He is currently LTC’s Chief Investment Strategist and Technical Analyst for equities. He is also Chairman of the Board of both The Sachs Company and The Louisville Trust Company. Morton is a graduate of Indiana University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and an MBA with an emphasis in Security Analysis.

Barbara J. Steele

Sr. Vice-President & Trust Officer

Employee Benefit and Personal Trust


Barbara Steele has more than twenty years experience in Banking and Trust, specializing in retirement plan design, plan communications, and benefits administration.  She is a licensed General Securities representative and provides investment expertise for mutual fund selections utilized by retirement plans.  She has completed several specialized courses in Employee Benefits Administration and Trust Accounting, and is currently studying for the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation through the Wharton School of Business. Barbara is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor’s Degree with high honors in Communication Sciences.  Barbara is a member of the Executive Committee for the Louisville Employee Benefit Council.
